Some of the integration tests requires a Redis Server. Currently bundled with the test project and launched from command line. Needs a working replacement before merge. |

Mono doesn't support 4.6. Did a quick downgrade to 4.5.1 in Mono (maybe less changes if they are done in VS2015?). Also removed some copy-locals as libraries probably shouldn't do this.
